AKA’s Quality Management System is designed to support and celebrate our clients, our personnel and our communities.

Management Commitment

The management of Aspin Kemp & Associates is committed to the development, implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System with the ultimate goal of ISO 9001:2000 registration in January 2010.

The COO has appointed a team to lead this initiative. Additionally, resources of time, training, people and money have been allocated to reinforce management’s commitment.

Once the foundation of AKA’s QMS has been established, a Quality Manager will be engaged to oversee the implementation, maintenance, adherence to and improvement of the system. The Quality Manager will lead a Quality team comprised of a representative from each of Engineering, Documentation and Administration as well as the COO.

The CEO accepts ultimate responsibility for the maintenance and review of AKA’s Quality Management System.
