FMEA & FIX

AKA’s engineers and software development team have developed a FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) utility to assist in assessing potential failures in systems and processes. The FMEA tool provides a structured template for operational personnel to develop FMEA reports which improve the consistency of the troubleshooting approach. The program further provides a simple way to use the FMEA information for system troubleshooting post delivery.
